4. Order Acceptance

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines generally take 5-7 business days depending on your city and destination.

  • While we partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely shipping, we are not liable for any delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather conditions, or local law-and-order situations.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our return and refund policy lasts 5-7 days from the date of delivery. If the specified days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
